How do you ensure the condition of the cards during shipping?
All cards are secured in penny sleeves and top loaders or semi-rigids, then sandwiched between cardboard and shipped in bubble mailers to prevent any damage during transit.
Are your wax boxes and packs searched or weighed?
Absolutely not. We source our inventory directly from authorized distributors and reputable collectors. All factory-sealed products are guaranteed unsearched and untampered with.
Do you offer combined shipping on multiple orders?
Yes, if you place multiple orders before your initial shipment has been processed, we will automatically combine them and refund any excess shipping fees to your original payment method.
What is your return policy on sports cards?
Due to the volatile nature of the sports card market, all sales are final. However, if there is a mistake with your order or an item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you buy individual cards or collections?
We are always looking for new inventory. Please use our contact form to send high-quality photos and your asking price for any vintage or modern high-end cards you are looking to sell.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
